Roland,
Thanks for you advice. I contacted a flag-maker and am waiting for a =
quote.
They will appliqu=E9 large logos manually using a sewing machine.=20
My customer didn't want heatseal applique, otherwise I would have been =
able
to do it. I am the proud new owner of a Hotronix Clam!

Hi Mary....no way are you going to do this on an Amaya...I have 2 =3D20
suggestions...
around here Quilting is a big home hobby/business....and a small shop =
=3D20=3D

just opened up that can do the quilt assembly sewing-I guess their =3D20
sewing machine has a 4' span or something-newspaper did an article on =
=3D20=3D

it. That would be perfect for sewing an applique on to the middle or =
=3D20
even full flag.
Another option-nearby is a hang glider field/park...they also =3D20
construct and repair their own hang gliders. They have a commercial =
=3D20
sewing machine-an old unit-but I think it has about a 3' nose on =
it-=3D20
sent other people down there before the quilter opened up that needed =
=3D20=3D

large things resewn.
The only other way it is going to be done is a heatseal logo-I"ve =3D20
done these before by heating in sections on my 16" platen and then =3D20
overlapping after everything is tacked down.
Good luck-hope this helps.
Roland
