[amayausers] maintenance help

We hit the 4,000,000 maintenance and need help.
We got the black thread wheel cover off and re-installed the thread wheel
(yellow), but now can't get the black cover back in! This is the first one
we've done, so need help getting it back together in order to proceed to all
the others! We've been on hold with tech for what seems like forever now.
Maybe faster help can be had here?
