When I have V 6.08.522 of OS loaded and the 4 mil maintenance was indicated, it said clean and grease the red pinch rollers. I also looked in the book for that but the book made no reference to it. When I had done the 4 mil maintenance under a prior version there was no mention of cleaning and/or greasing the red pinch roller --- only inspecting. Maybe I have an older manual (it says "revision A" copyright 2004), because I still did not see anything involving the words "hub/hub axels/ or grease" in the entire 4million stitch section. Do these words have another name that was mention in the 4 mill stitch section? Still no mention of grease, even if they have another name. I guess that's why I'm still asking these questions? Thanks, I hope I'm still not overlooking something, because it's not beyond me to make a complete fool of myself :), Peter --- HK Acree <hkacree@xxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Peter, > Check the 4,000,000 stitch service. > > Herb > Royal Embroidery > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Peter Strike" <strikesystems@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > To: <amayausers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Thursday, April 06, 2006 10:07 AM > Subject: [amayausers] Re: Caps problems > > > > Hi Rod, > > Question about your question: > > "Have the red pinch rollers and the thread feed rollers been taken > out > > and the rotating hubs and hub axles been greased?" > > > > As I parused the maintenance section of my Amaya manual, the > rotating > > hubs and hub axel greasing didn't seem to be in the scheduled > > maintenance.
