We found that the fast frames (and also the new hooping clamp system) are
not 'square' to the machine-had to slightly bend them down until the hoops
lined up where they should. Yes, we were on the phone with a Melco tech when
we did this-didn't come up with this on our own! Just have to do it very
carefully. With heavy garments and totes the weight alone pulled them down
where they belong-but lighter stuff leaves it up in the air and bouncing
around. Call a tech and find out the 'spacing' that should be between the
fastframe hoop and the 'guideplate' and needle plate.
