[amayausers.com] design shop "Actual Size" option

When I use design shop, my designs never show as "actual size" even with the
option selected.
My designs on the screen are always larger than actual. My 6.9" design
shows on the screen as 8 inches (measured the screen with a ruler). This is
really annoying because I do something, it looks good, sew it out and it's
smaller than it is showing on the screen.
Is there a "fix it" for this???
