I loaded a name, first and last, on my XT tonight and it looks centered on the
screen, but when I trace, it is definately well below the center marks on the
inside of my hoop. I tried to reload other names that stitched alright earlier
but everything was down at the bottom of the hoop. I had to use the machine
keypad to manually move the name up about an inch before it appeared to be
ALMOST dead center. However, if you got it centered perfectly in the hoop, on
the screen, the name looked looked like it was over the hoop limits and I get a
message saying it is. This happened after going to my slim line setting and
stitching out a couple bags. When I noticed it after I went back and chose my
round hoop 5.85. I tried changing hoop sizes, resetting etc, all to no avail.
Is there a way to get the design and hoop in sink. Debbie in Indiana
