Hi Gary, If the color calibration was done correctly #16 shouldn't be dropping
off. It sounds as if the Calibration is off by 1 hole needle. When you started
the calibration are you sure you started with Needle Number 1? Perhaps there
was a binding and the needle case could not go all the way to number 1?
