What version of software? XT machine? Are yo u using auto or standard actifeed?
If you are using auto actifeed, try using the auto lower limit settings under
Settings, thread feed and increase it up a cople of points or more. This will
increase the amount of thread fed to the design. Use of the "Column feed" on
this same page will help also as well as use of the run/fill tool to feed more
thread to the stitch to keep it from pulling the bobbin to the top....
