BAD.....Watch Herbs video again. These hoops must be used "exactly" as he
demonstrates....no deviation....if you follow his lead, then the teeth "will"
bite and hold and the cap will stay on the frame as long as the design doesn't
get too tall for the particular style of cap being sewn.
