Hello, we have had a week of weather problems and now machine problems.
Early in the week we had a lot of rain which melted all the snow from weeks 
ago.  That caused flooding in the basement where the machines are.  We've been 
drying the basement out for 3 days and of course did not use the machines.
I turned them on tonight and one got a color change error.  I could not get 
that error resolved and then compounded the problem by doing a head down 
command.  Now the presser foot is stuck down and is between needles 15 and 16.
This is a 2006 XT.
I've looked in the mail list but that searches on all the old messages.  I'm 
looking in the boards now but since I've got a double problem I'm having a hard 
time finding a good solution.
