[amayausers] Too many missed trims HELP!

My little XT has decided to start giving me fits!
Repeated missed trims. If I don't notice that the color did not trim, then I
get the long thread stretched across the design that eventually breaks or
causes other problems.
I tried adjusting presser foot height, new needle, new location. The same
design runs flawlessly on my NON-XT.
Is there some kind of adjustment I can do? Or do I need a tech?
