As far my knowledge goes, I don't think you can buy it from anyone on the
list unless they are a digitizer and have digitized the logo. Did you check
with the embroidery library for the flag? Here is the link to one of them I
found on embroidery.com.

Hi - I don't know if it's a good idea to ask about this kind of thing on
this list, but I need a Texas flag sized at about 3" to 3.5". I know there
are Texas people out there, but don't know if this is something that I
should really purchase from someplace instead of just asking someone here
for a tape. The last thing I would want to do is something unethical or
rude, so if I need to be corrected let the wrist slapping begin!
