You can go to this site
http://www.proworldinc.com/
then type the item number in the search box.
when it finds it then you just click the application instruction
button and off you go.
They are all very similar but it depends if it's a puff transfer or normal.
remember no cover sheet and peel as soon as you lift the top of the press.
it will be hot but it's when it works the best
smooth and even not fast not slow.
