I don't know if you have been answered yet but.........the two most comm= on
causes of thread being thrown off to the left of the newer style "yellow=
colored" rollers are :=0D
1. failure to lubricate the axles or hubs of the thread feed rollers AND=
thehubs/axle bearing areas of the red thread feed pinch rollers.=0D
2. Some oil or grease or some other contaminate has gotten on the surfac= e
of either the red pinch roller or the yellow thread feed roller.=0D
It is extremely important to keep the roller hubs/axles lubricated, both=
redand yellow. This will cause a sure fire failure of the thread tracking=
off to the left and causing a mess...=0D
The way to clean the rollers is with medium hot soapy water--dish washin= g
detergent works well.....do not use alcohol to clean these parts wi= th, it
tends to dry out the surfaces and will shorten their useable life.&n=
