No we didn't try and denser than the 5.5
didn't have time to experiment other than the quick switch of needle and thread.

Just took a look Ron, and the 65/9 is definitely cleaner.  You didn't by
chance try it at 4.5 density instead of the 5.5 did you? Just wondering if
that would give you cleaner 'lines'.
I'm getting ready to do a logo with .12" lettering-what font did you use on
the small stuff?
We have the smaller needles but I don't think Sue got any finer thread
yet...have to check and see. This line of small lettering will be on top of
a fill background on the Sanmar workjacket-so it should be a solid material
with no give to it.
