I was going to make a suggestion to you but didn't realize you are on the
East Coast and didn't want to suggest a company you already use. I can
appreciate your dilemma and the preference of not listing names on a public
forum.

I don't like listing our suppliers names on a public forum, I would be more
than happy to email you directly if you need the information. I am located
in Maryland so there are many suppliers within 2 days shipping. The supplier
that was nice enough to give me the case pricing was located in Mass. with
another warehouse in N.C. Probably won't help you out much since you are on
the west coast. I'm sure other people located in the N.E. know who I am
talking about since there is only one located in Mass. that I can think of
off the top of my head.
