Count me in as well with Haven and Pati (sales), Cynthia (training) and
Kevin (tech). They are all FANTASTIC in my opinion, and always eager to
help me in any situation. I also have never had a problem with Tech Service
out of Denver, the worst thing I can say is sometimes it takes longer than I
would like (I want for Kevin to magically appear at my machine) for a
scheduled service call.

Count me into the Haven people. She's terrific. I attended training in LA
with Cynthia Tisby, who is absolutely fantastic. If the machine had legs
she could make it dance a jig.
When I got my machine in 2004, you could attend class as many times as
needed during the first year, and it didn't matter which training center or
centers you went to. Different teachers, different techniques, different
outcomes.
