Debbie in Indiana,
I'm guessing that you have the yellow feed rollers. Carefully remove the red pinch roller, clean the hud and apply a small amount of poly grease to the hub. that should take care of the problem.

Hi, Can anyone tell me what causes this to happen? Sometimes the machine will stop and say that it did so for a thread break, but actually, the thread is still in the fabric and not broken at all. But the odd thing that I did notice a couple times is that eventhough the red pinch roller is down, the thread is off to the side of the roller and I can pull thread through the eye of the needle. Normally when the pinch roller is down, you can't pull the thread through the eye of the needle, not until you raise the pinch roller. What causes this to happen??? THANKS IN ADVANCE!! Sandra, your email was blank but they are informing everyone that someone is trying to place a very large order of blank T-shirts and want them shipped overseas. I don't ship overseas anyways because of many customs problems with a couple items I tried to ship from some eBay stuff. I did see an ad about a week ago that someone was looking for one million blank t-shirts to ship to another country. (The ad has now been pulled from that website.) The bottom line is if it is too good to be true, it probably is. I would like to know what business has enough money in the bank to purchase one million shirts. I'm doing something wrong!
