.DST files, by nature, cannot retain trim commands.  During the conversion from 
.OFM to .DST, trim commands are converted to something like 6 jumpstitch 
commands.  Most commercial machines have the ability to covert over a specific 
number of jump stitches to trim commands.  On the Amaya it's set at 3 jump 
stitches by default.
My suggestion to you is to save your files as .EXP files and send them to your 
PR600 in this format.  .EXP files do retain trim commands.  If your PR600 
cannot recognize the .EXP format, then you will probably have to open up your 
design in the PE Designs software and either put in your trims again or 
possibly your Brother software will have the ability to insert trims for you, 
by default, based on the software settings.
Just curious, Do you not own the PE Designs software?  I understand it is sold 
with the machine.  Maybe not in every case?
