Not all schools or groups will make you pay a 'license' or 'fee' to use their logo-some just want you to get their approval/permission. BUT you never know until you ask! AND keep in mind-that if a customer asks you to make a dozen 'Oregon Duck' hats for him-and 'says' he has permission-YOU are the one that ends up getting sued by the college when they find out. Ignorance doesn't cut it in copyright lawsuits. YOU need to have WRITTEN PROOF that the client has permission-meaning-get a photocopy of HIS letter of permission. If you have to pay for a 'license to reproduce' or 'fee' -then make your customer pay for that! It's his order! =========================================================== The AmayaUsers Mailing List Website: http://www.amayausers.com Discussion Board: http://www.amayausers.com/boards Subscribe/Unsubscribe: http://www.amayausers.com/list ===========================================================
