Try these settings:
Ltr Height: 0.25
Stitch Length: 18 pt
Choose "Closest Point"
Column Tab:
Density 4pt
Auto Density ON
Short Stitches ON
Column Width Adj/Pull Comp:
On the right side (not the percentage column):
X: 2pt
Y: 2pt
Minimum Width: 10 pt

I am using this font at .25" and I am getting a million thread breaks with
every test that I've done.
I am using a 65/9 BP on a woven shirt with a cutaway backing.
Please tell me what I have to do to stop getting all these thread breaks.
