Try these settings:
Ltr Height: 0.25
Stitch Length: 18 pt
Choose "Closest Point"
Column Tab:
Density 4pt
Auto Density ON
Short Stitches ON
Column Width Adj/Pull Comp:
On the right side (not the percentage column):
X: 2pt
Y: 2pt
Minimum Width: 10 pt
