Those type of caps are not done on embroidery machines like we use...the 
material is all sewn to match before the hat is assembled so it can be sewn 
'flat' and alignment is perfect. Then the finished material is cut and sewn 
into the hat, brim is done with the sewn material backing hidden by the brim 
'filler' and undercoat material. Nothing you can do on a premade hat. Looks 
great but done in massive quantity to keep the pricing down. You can get them 
for your customers if you sell Ad Specialty products-you'll get the catalogs 
once you registered with ASI (pay to join) or UPIC (free to join).
Closest you can come to it is buying the designed hats and just adding a logo 
to the front panel-you can't sew on the brims. OttoCap, others all sell the 
'all over design' type of hats.
