Roland,

Methinks you doth protest too much.

I don't know what problems you're having, but ranting only puts everyone on the defensive. I think it's poor business to post what you have posted in the way you have posted it.

The technicians on this list have bent over backwards to help me and others on this list. Personally, they've spent time on the phone with me and walked me through many solutions both via email and telephone.

In general, everyone that I have talked to at Melco has been extremely helpful and prompt in their responses.

I for one want to keep the good relationship between the technicians on the list and the list members.

As a person from a computer background, my first instinct when hearing your problems would be to check for viruses, spyware, malware and adware. If you are connected to the internet, these nasties will find a way into your system. If you don't have a firewall, you're probably horribly infested. Take the time that is so precious to all of us and download Spybot SD and AdAware. Both are free and clean many of the common 'ware's. If you need a firewall, ZoneLabs' Zone Alarm is a good free one.

Save yourself time now and check for these things. Clean your system. Then re-check regularly.
