John, you can get the pillow and Teflon sheets from any stahls distributors
I buy from Wellington House in Portland, Oregon
Check out the Stahls website and you can see what they look like.
Teflon sheeting is sewn around a thin (1") piece of foam I imagine it's
a particular foam.
You might want to buy some Kraft paper too it's cheap and works like
the Teflon sheets and when it gets messed up you throw it away,

the Sheets and pillow wouldn't have came with the Stahls kit, some
Heat press mfrs. have a package that comes with theirs but I don't think
many do. Start looking through all the accessories on the stahls site.
if your going to be involved with heat transfers most of these accessories
are useful.
Just a tip depending on which number a cut piece or screened transfer
they tend to be tougher I would always do the numbers first then the
front transfers. Depending on your press sometimes you can stretch
the shirt over the platen so that you are only working on one layer
and the other is underneath the platen so it doesn't have problems you
would use the pillow for. Some platens are designed so that you can't really
get the shirt over it and keep it flat and in place so you may have to
experiment.

Ask away since we have been transferring for a few years.
