Put our 3rd machine in motion today with a big order and about 5 shirts in
had a problem. When starting to sew, there was a horrible vibrating noise
coming from the hook/bobbin area.
Once I got thru the shirt I was doing, I took the needle plate off and
watched what was going on and the rod that actuates the cutter is vibrating
badly.
What would be causing that and is it something that can be remedied
quickly?
Would love to get this in motion today - otherwise, Hugo and I will
discuss Monday over cigars and thread ;)
