Good post....the thread feed drive gear is a common denominator to all 16
needles.....
Merlin,
You might also try deleting everything out of the jobs folder and reloading the
design from scratch and do a force download as well....for some reason that
only computers file and computers know about, a file will get corrupted in the
reloading process...
