I'm not sure what you have read in Amaya Help, but the following is the process
that will get you to diagnostics for this problem. If you have done this to no
avail and the problem continues, I'd say it is time for tech assistance.
Help -> Technical Manual -> Amaya OS Program Messages -> Amaya OS Program Error
-> Color change stepper index error -> #4 'troubleshooting stepper motors'
