I was going to do a bag and hit the trace button instead of the arrow over and
my hoop wasnt down all the way and it caught on the wipper bar and all of my
needles dropped. I called tech support and they cant have anyone out here until
the 27th.... help how hard is it to fix this problem. I have orders that have
to be done.
