[amayausers] Need technical help

Just turned my machine on. It booted and stopped between needles. Turned it
off and back on. It centered on needle 9. When I try to move it to another
needle, it will go halfway between 9 and 8, and then go back to 9. It gives
me the following error: color change stepper index error - off index while
sewing. What the hey? This is a first for me.
Any help would be appreciated.
