You don't usually need to go to/through upic (although that is the only place I
am signed up with on the promo products side of things). Try Ariel about the
stress balls...they are a very large supplier of them.

You usually just need your tax id and business info when going to most of the
promo guys...the big thing is knowing where to find them!
