Tried the Husky 7-in-1 without luck. Thank you for that anyway. Had my husband
try too thinking a stronger grip might do the trick. Looks like the screw head
itself is defective in that the channel seems too shallow for the screwdriver
to get a grip. Called tech support and hopefully they'll schedule someone soon
to repair. Frustrating . . . very frustrating . . .
