Carolyn,

I have a Stahls heat press and I love it. Had it about 6 years now and not a
bit of trouble.

As far as offering Screen printing, in my opinion if you are not currently
offering it you are missing out on sales that would compliment your embroidery
sales. We get alot of orders that are combined embroidery and screen printing.
You don't have to do the printing yourself, there are plenty of contract screen
printers out there that want nothing to do with the end user and are happy to
work with shops like us. If you don't do artwork, most of them have an in
house artist or can put you in touch with someone that can create art to your
customer needs.
