Not only am I completely indebted to you for fixing my problem - you got out of
bed to do it, so please also thank your wife for me. (It gets way too late way
too early around your parts.)
Being in Alaska, when things happen that seem so serious I'm always very afraid
because I don't have easy access to a tech when needed. I am very appreciative
that you were able to walk me through the steps to solve my problem, and were
also able to do it and explain why as well - which will be a tremendous help
later. Your communication skills are excellent.
I can't thank you enough Ed for going out of your way and for getting out of
bed to get me up and running again. I'm back on track and the machine and I
are happy, happy. What can I do for you???
You and your help are absolutely priceless Ed...
