Are you talking about the metal cylinder that lines the hole on the outside
hoop? The reason I ask is cuz as I tighten the hoop, mine eventually starts
backing out of the hole as I tighten the screw. I just put a little Gorilla
glue on the outside of the metal cylinder and slide it back into it's little
hole. It holds for at least 3-4 months. Debbie
