If you have the cap drivers that are the two piece design, then you need to
select the XT Extended designation. All of the newer XT's are being sent out
with the two piece design.....the older 1 piece designs used the WACF
designation.
The other thing to keep in mind is to make sure that your design is "centered"
and saved that way in Design Shop, otherwise the capdriver may make the kind of
movement you have described when trying to center the hoop and or design in
OS....
