I think he was charged by an employee but not convicted or arrested.  Saw a
20/20 piece on him.  He seemed kinda sleezy... Though apparently, his stuff
is selling well.

I always thought thier ads on the front of the EMB and other trade magazines
were a bit flashy myself.  Didn't know about the arest though.  Thats
interesting.
