[amayausers] Digitizing 101

Greetings,
I have just finished my initial training on our Amaya systems. Even
though Melco doesn't recommend that we attend the advanced digitizing
class for at least several months I am anxious to begin learning. I
have been playing a little bit with Design Shop (I have Pro +), and
of course watching the CD Melco sends along.
I have been doing graphic design for over a decade so I am familiar
with print and silk screen design, but I need to learn embroidery. I
have a great deal of familiarity with both Photoshop and Illustrator.
I was hoping that I could get some recommendations on resources on
digitizing that will take me beyond what I learned from the CD. I
don't need much in the way of education concerning vector/paint
software outside of how they integrate with the Melco software. Any
advice would be appreciated.
