That sounds like a heck of a deal...or else the small quantities are
jacked up prices to compensate. I run into that with sign/banner
suppliers. " No minimums" but in really tiny fine print...under
minimum quantity $100 service charge, or maybe the 'single' banner
price is four times the regular price.
What company is offering 4 pc minimum?
