[amayausers] Athletic Block font

I am using the Athletic Fill Block #2 font that came with my Amaya to do some
letters on a sweatshirt at 3.5" tall. Can someone tell me why the fill does
not fill in totally? There are spots in the corners that it looks like the
stitches are missed and you can see the garment thru the sewing. This has
happened before to me when I tried the #'s at 2" tall.
Please give me some settings suggestions so I can correct this!!
