No. Forced Download is meant to be off at all times. It is a tool that is
used only to get you out of a "stuck state".
If this feature is left in the "on" mode, then your "Power Fail Rescue" will
not work the way it's supposed to.
What this means to you beginners is:
If the lights go out while you are sewing, and "Forced Download" is turned on,
when the lights come back on, the machine will not know where it was when it
left off and you will have to figure it out for yourself.
Version 9 makes it so that you can't forget to turn it off because it turns it
off for you after you use it.
