There is now a Google Docs outline for a "White paper". I transferred the
ownership to you Ruby so that you can freely add new editors (and throw me out
if you are unhappy with that I do. :-)

Anyone can make comments on it. Currently only Ruby and I can edit it, as I
didn't know the Google account for anyone else.
I'm afraid the outline may still be too lofty to be a starting point for a
manifesto.
Well, I presume I may be too much an academic to really be able to write a
manifesto anyway. Therefore it may be better (at least for me) to first write
a white paper and then condense a manifesto out of that, leaving "unessential"
discussion and argumentation away. Anyway, a white paper should be easy to
understand, too, even though addressed to a different audience.
Mostly I think we (or I) can make the argumentation relatively solid, but I'm
afraid at least I am not able to complete the section about demontisation and
communisation, as they go beyond my current understanding.
Personally I tend to believe in Graeber's distinction between "proto-communism"
in the small and under exceptional circumstances and selfishness towards
strangers under most other situations. As the "capitalist" in my ego is
reluctant to directly give to every beggar and instead wants to change the
system (which is why I'm here in the first place), I have quite a hard time
believing in communism beyond Dunbar's number.

But I digress.
My plan is to next start adding there some references, and maybe write some
text for Appendix A.
