Dear all,

    2013 marked ALICE's 20th anniversary.<http://alice.g-php.com/#banner>It has 
been an intense year that started with the p-Pb run followed by the LS1 
shutdown period. In the past issues of ALICE MATTERS we covered many of the new 
exciting results and presented the questions posed by the new data. We felt 
that this year's last issue should be dedicated to those who worked at P2 
throughout this year in order to meet the challenges of the LS1 scheduled tasks.
