Hello All,

Like you I've been fretting about the omicron variant and with regret I
think we better err on the safe side and cancel the 12/22 party.
Sad, but...

There are just too many reports of one person rapidly infecting many others
(including vaccinated people), coupled with the particular risks of singing
indoors (a lot worse than just talking), and my elderly parents coming to
stay the following day.

I will be on the lookout for a reschedule opportunity when we know more
about omicron and all the risks.

Last night when we played, we settled on December 22 as a date for a
F.U.N. Christmas party. Jay agreed to host at his house.

We will forgo the get together that normally would have been scheduled
for a week earlier, so our next get together will be December 22.

Bring food and snacks (and ukuleles!)

Maybe RSVP, especially if you will be bringing significant others or
other guests.
