I am NOT qualified to comment to the specifics of your case...
However, I worked with a loose affiliation of folks called MN Judicial TAR from 
2004,to 2018. We requested a hearing dedicated to receiving evidence and 
testimony of corruption of the Minnesota Courts before the MN House and Senate 
Judiciary Committees.  They denied us a hearing every year. And they retaliated 
againstthe leaders of the various groups working toward Judicial Reform in MN.
To the point, the Judiciary in the US has gone rogue. Instead of the Rule of 
Law,they are practicing Progressive "Rule of Man" and "Might Makes Right".
Let me try to some up the relevant information from the 190 page book, 
"Illiberal Reformers: Race, Eugenics and American Economics in the Progressive 
Era" (2016) by Thomas Leonard, in addition to information I have gleaned from 
other sources, in 5 paragraphs.

Progressive Elites assert they are superior to the allegedly ignorant masses. 
(Pages 51-52) and that Educated Progressive Elite in Government, therefore 
should NOT be accountable to the masses. (Ibid).The Progressive agenda is 
almost totally unconstitutional. For example they assert that the concept of 
Rights of the Individual is "nonsense".
 Social Darwinism (1870s) was rejected by the masses. Not to be denied, Social 
Darwinsits rebranded as UK Social Darwinists (1884), US Progressives (1890s) 
and German NAZIs (1920s). US Progressives decided they would hide their evil 
agenda from the masses, this time around. And, rather than a traditional 
revolution, US Progressives followed the lead of UK Fabian Socialists(1884). 
They decided upon a unconventional revolution by slow, covert infiltration over 
generations so no one generation would notice enough change to revolt or mount 
a counter revolution.
Circa 1913, US Progressives created a 4th Branch of Government called the 
Administrative State. (Pages 40-49) This Administrative State was inserted 
between WE THE PEOPLE and the first 3 Branches of Government to reduce the 
accountability of Government to WE THE PEOPLE and to spearhead advancing the 
Progressive Agenda. At the moment they took action to make their 
unconstitutional thoughts, reality it became Treason, Sedition, Insurrection, 
Conspiracy Against Rights, etc.
Now back to the US Judiciary and BAR. Lawyers and Judges take oaths to support 
and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. Clearly, 
denying that individuals have rights and acting accordingly is unconstitutional 
(and their are many other examples). Ergo, the Judiciaary and the BAR have been 
coconapirators in the Progressive Globalist Insurgency since circa 1913.
Over the past hundred years, Judges have been changing court rules and case law 
as part of this Progressive slow, covert incremental revolution.  And example 
of this is the movement away from Pound Principle Jurisprudence. Simply, Roscoe 
Pound's (Harvard Law Dean) Principle was that all matters before the courts be 
resolved on the MERITS, rather than Technicality. This erosion had advance so 
far that SCOTUS used Technicality to avoid deciding on the Merits of Election 
Fraud 2020. (Othe examples are Summary Judgement and Administrative Courts.

To the point, over 100 years Judges and Lawyers have changed the rules and Case 
Law, to make it easier to advance the Progressive Globalist Agenda and rule 
against those who oppose them. To the point, you are thinking you must prevail 
because Judges are required to decide such mattes on the MERITS.

But your legal position derails 100+ years of Progressive infiltration of our 
government and implementing their agenda.
I have heard the allegations of 100s of Minnesotans regarding corruption in the 
Minnesota Courts. I have experienced them myself. I have had lawyers tell me, 
don't bother to pursue this farther until the corruption of the courts is 
properly redressed.
God love you for your tenacity. And it is necessary, for WE THE PEOPLE to 
document we have exhausted our peaceful remedites, before we consider 
alternative remedies.But they are going to rule agains you and push you into 
the appeals process. And every level of the Appeals process gets every more 
technical... Part of the Progressive Judge strategy is to just let you run out 
of money and energy and giver up...

Don't get me wrong, this unjust, it is NOT equitable  and it sucks, it sucks, 
it sucks.
I had to learn the hardway.
I hope that was enlightening, but remember what I said. Dot the I's and cross 
the T's so they can't decide against you on technicality.
The judges won't be deciding on the MERITS, they will be looking to rule to 
protectand defend the Progressive Insurgency.

Those were my thoughts.

Shows more rigging that I see no legal yet lawful stance for them to deny let 
alone hear it.
