This is quite surprising to see. I don't think you need to worry about
any «summons» provided that you did not sign anything on the contract
about any «agreement that you owe XXX$US» (when I read those things, I
am like, the HELL I'd «agree» to /THAT/, when I /know/ that I _do
*not*_ «owe» $$$ to /extortionists/ [quietly /thinking/ it to myself,
anyway, whilst keeping my hands on the steering wheel @ 10 & 2 O'Clock,
not bothering to move my hands until the cop decides that it's a waste
of his time to try to get me to sign it then gives me the ticket after
scribbling «refuses to sign» on it & goes off to try & find his next
victim/sucker], because /nobody/ in their «right mind» would consider
it /reasonable/).
Sorry if this wasn't helpful but maybe others within group has more
recent success-experience that they could relay with a little more
information : Ticket was for ? Speeding ? No seat-belt ? Tail-Light out
? Driving w/o insurance ? No registration ? Not wearing any ritualistic
shame-muzzles (masks) ? Although it probably does not really matter
what-ever the «charge(s)» are for.
I didn't think that it made much difference which «state» these things
occurred in, but, different areas do seem to have different levels of
«ignorance» (and/or corruption) amongst the PIGs, but, depending on
whether or not your ALL CAPS has been «scheduled» for some sort of
«hearing» or not, were I in such a situation with enough energy to get
it done, /assuming/ that there is any /actual/ «scheduled hearing» of
course, I would probably try to «gather intel» for what goes on in the
assigned court(s) if possible (basically, head into the court-rooms for
several days /before/ the day of the scheduled hearing in order to
observe and collect information about how they're running these courts,
what types of so-called «complaints» people are being «nabbed» for,
and, /sometimes/, you may even /get/ to «witness» somebody with good
knowledge of the court-process, who gets their own «complaint»
dismissed, but, typically, they are usually the /last/ people to be
called up to the BAR/stand /after/ _everyone else_ has already left the
room, I mean, they don't want too many people witnessing and learning
from these types of guys after all, and if you manage to «luck out»
and see one of those types of people in action, they could potentially
become a new ally in our resistance against the de facto
pseudo-government corporate-corruption... assuming they weren't just
/planted/ there or anything [the types of psy-ops that I've been able to
brain-storm can get to being rather crazy after all but it's probably
unlikely given that most of the world-population does not think in such
complex patterns]).
I «trust» though that you as someone along the lines of being somewhat
like the group-leader here already have enough knowledge & experience to
be able to handle this matter on your own (better to get them to remove
any complaints from the records earlier on rather than allowing it to go
on all the way to the point of Allocution... probably).
