It calls for declaratory judgement which is Marbury V Madison. Common law
writs are the procedure to get the review. In the court papers I use this
to make sure it stays in my jurisdiction.
U.S.A. National common law writ: then what ever writ you want. If you miss
the right writ the rules of appellate court procedures say the court has
the liberty to correct.
