Although the experience of mine that I am about to describe was many years
ago (not to the point where I might be considered an old man as I am
actually still younger than most of this group's members believe it or
not), I remember a time when I was stopped/pulled over by a cop, who
insisted on giving me a ticket after looking up the records of my *then*
so-called driver's license. I was annoyed at being constantly pulled over
because of «expired tags» (due to State of Washington [not the D.C.
version, but, the one considered to be north of Oregon] goons), and,
therefore, deemed the P.I.G. to be «beneath me» and *not* even «worthy»
of me *saying* anything to him. Basically, when he tried to hand me the
«Traffic-Ticket» for DWLS3RD, all I did was keep my hands on the steering
wheel (10 O'Clock & 2 O'Clock Positions), not bothering to face towards the
P.I.G., even if I did glance to the left with my eye at the ticket he was
holding out and waiting for me to sign... I never said anything but just
remained still and silent (the «thought» running through my mind was that I
most-certainly «DO *NOT* AGREE» that I «owe» *any* EXTORTION-$$$ to *any*
of these P.I.G.s nor their FRAUDULENT institution so LIKE HELL I would
«sign» such an «agreement» paper *!*).
The P.I.G. basically continued to hold out the ticket (and a pen) for
something like half-a-minute (*expecting* me to «sign» it which I
obviously *wasn't* going to for reasons mentioned in the 1st paragraph),
whilst I just kept my hands on the steering wheel with my head facing
forward, keeping still and silent, the P.I.G. eventually saying : «Okay,
so, you're not gonna sign...?» ...then he wrote onto the ticket (which is
really a contract) «refused to sign» and handed the paper to me followed by
immediately getting back into his cop-vehicle and, WITHIN LESS THAN 30
FREAKING SECONDS, pulled over his *next* «victim» (this was of course
back then when I was still not *yet* familiar with Legalese nor the
*EXTENT* of the FRAUD of the Court-Systems [and corruption-levels of the
Policing so-called Profession {which is really *less* of a «profession»
and *more* like a criminal-mafia-gang}]).
Historically, I had *always* received «summons» within the mail (into the
mail-box that I had at the time), usually after around two weeks had
passed, for some court-hearing, and, expected the same from *that*
particular ticket; how-ever, even after two weeks had elapsed, I still saw
NO «summons» show up in my mail-box, and, even after a whole entire month
or two went by after that, I still *never* got a «summons» from *that*
particular «ticketing» incident. *Some* group members will remember when
I described this account of my past experiences, but, this is probably
something worth repeating, just in case anybody still does any road-travel
where they might get pulled over by some P.I.G.
P.S.: The whole entire reason why my [person's] back-then so-called
driver-license even got «suspended» in the *first* place was because the
Public-Pretender made absolutely NO EFFORT WHAT-SO-EVER to provide a
«defense» even though the *initial* «ticket» should have been EASILY
«dismissed» with ALL of the information that I had provided to him (not to
mention the FACT, that, back then, not only did I have NO «criminal» record
[I still technically do not because a «traffic-infraction» being called
«criminal» is a MIS-NOMER when I had NOT been a danger unto the road nor
was I disturbing the peace of the land in any way and the «charges» were
ENTIRELY revolving around «Financial-EXTORTION» *rather than* ANYTHING to
do with the «safety» of the road], I *also had* a VERY GOOD CREDIT-RECORD
for someone of my age at the time [quite possibly even *flawless* if it
wasn't at least a *near-flawless* credit-record *other* *than* my
«inexperience» with the «financial-system» back then and how it all ties
into the corrupt legalese-system]), and, considering the
BLIZZARD-CONDITIONS that I was living in at the time (had to live in my car
due to being essentially «forced to start over from financial-zero
so-to-speak for a variety of *forced* reasons where I had NO family nor
social-support what-so-ever»), EVERYTHING about the WHOLE ENTIRE damn
«system» and its «processes» was PROOF that the WHOLE ENTIRE SYSTEM is a
FARCE, but, not to digress, the point of this message/post was just to
provide one example of *how* a «right to remain silent» was *exercised*
(with surprisingly good results even though I had no idea that I was doing
what I was *supposed to do* to protect/exercise such rights back in my
past-day ignorance).
