Here is exactly how to do it and I believe I've talked to you and will repeat
to do as I say and any others with issues.
When given a citation or ticket one should attach the following and send to
court with copies of the citation or ticket or case numbers. If one makes
variations of this and it fails. You correct it as its your fault. Otherwise
it's mine and email or call me to fix it.

When one sends this to the court to be recorded you started your court and
notify the government court of your status and supreme authority on the matter.
So when the court date comes and goes and for those insecure people of their
status and call the court you will see, warrant, new court date, etc. That is
there fictitious court. In common law they must act on it and cause injury.
Without them actually coming after you there is no harm done. No harm no
actions required. I've seen people in jail come before the county court with
the statement 1817 served. The judge read the charges, convicted the person and
state he owed court fees and fines at a reduced rate or you get out for Some
other reason. Then release them without a a paper stating so. If they issue the
paper that becomes your evidence of intented harm done. So walk out and enjoy
your liberty. It's like a two year old kid back talking to his parent. Ignore

That there is common law for the free and legislative law for those in jail. If
put in jail your a prisoner it appears till another files on your behalf. You
need one to rescue you. So one files as a friend of the court/your name.
Petitioning to get you out. Once out you can file your own forms.
Yes, it's that simple. The United States federal court of claims is another
matter and wI'll address that in the future.

To understand that is to remember what sovereignty is:

Second, the statement above makes it clear you are the"I AM" of your
life. When presenTed the above statement it is stated by facts that
you're court is in season and is made a decision and a claim has been
filed for recording in that court bldg on a matter. The court clerk,
administrator or whoever stamps it and cannot refuse it. If they do
it is treason. Make sure one has proof it was refused. Why I always
mail it. Not necessarily registered because to refuse they had to
send it back. Go to DC to settle it.
Why DC? Because as was stated above both you and the United States is
sovereign. You the individual is sovereign and the people as a whole
are sovereign granting their authority as a group. That whole is
government. If one, just one disagrees with the whole his supreme
court can deny it for that one but not for the whole of sovereigns.
All the courts from city to and including the Supreme Court is
inferior to man's court because it's not in that jurisdicton and
article 6 states in that man's court can overrule the United States
or can be used against the United States. When one goes to Congress
your petitioning Congress to honor the Supreme law, who is you as
one of the people singular by the constitution does not let the two
lions decide who's for dinner.
I've seen this used to release people from jail that include drugs
and other related offenses, trespass, stalking charges, small claims
court claims abolished, traffic tickets, and income tax return for
all you paid in to date.
I've been asked if a young man who killed another? Can he be freed?
I've got the opportunity to find out if this method would do that. Or
will Congress get one man to step in with a claim and form a trial by
jury to decide his fate? Or will Congress let go as one man decided
he was worthy of life as your father in heaven has done?
