War crimes trials should be initiated at the beginning of "every" war, and not
be concluded until justice is done.
How to proceed, and what good would it accomplish? Well, for starters, anyone
convicted would/should be put under "investigation," (not treated as
trustworthy, and welcome, by and large) be identified as a criminal suspect, (a
lower life, of sorts, including in the historic literature) and, take it from
there as in treating things, accordingly (with reasonable and legally
legitimate sanctions in such respect) like, how all if not most legitimate
courts proceed, with "no" limitations (or meaningless forgiveness) until the
job is done.
That, logically would mean ostracism/exile/banishment for whatever entity,
including country that aids and abets the actions and authority of said accused
or charged. "Communication channels" (to gather evidence, and treat the matter
to our/higher standards, principles and authority, in such regard) should
"always" be kept open in such respect, (of what we are, if anything better) how
the honesty of justice prevails, even if not especially over politics and
so-called economics, and "whatever," otherwise.

Posted in the Globe (comments section) in such respect, Go Figure, For Your

Beware the government, mob, whatever, otherwise

My thoughts.
I want to know why my submitted post was rejected and why the Globe (and
whoever?) thinks (by its actions) it is better than me, and/or whoever, in
rejecting my message if not any message? Best we deal with each other first in
such regard
